These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Sumbee Pastries through this website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Order Notice (24 Hours)

Please place orders at least 24 hours in advance before the requested pickup or delivery time.
Same-day orders may be possible depending on availability, but are not guaranteed.

Products & Minimum Order Sizes

Some items are sold in set quantities (e.g., pack of 10, dozen, tray). Please check the product title/description for quantity and minimum order requirements.

Delivery & Pickup

Local Pickup: Available at checkout. Pickup details will be provided after you place your order.

Delivery: Delivery fees may require confirmation. If delivery fees are not fixed at checkout, you must contact us with your order number and address to confirm delivery fee and timing before dispatch.

Dispatch rule: If delivery fee confirmation is required, orders are dispatched only after the delivery fee is confirmed and paid.

Payments

We accept card payments via Stripe (including Apple Pay/Google Pay where available) and Interac e-Transfer (if enabled at checkout).

Interac e-Transfer orders may appear as “On-hold” until payment is received and confirmed.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because our items are freshly prepared food products, orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once preparation has started.

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
If a delivery fee was paid but the order is cancelled before dispatch, delivery fees may be refundable depending on courier arrangements.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with your order number and photos (if applicable).

This policy is designed to protect both the customer and the business due to the perishable nature of food.

Allergens & Dietary Notes

Our kitchen may handle common allergens including wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, nuts, and fish. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Please contact us before ordering if you have severe allergies.

Pricing & Changes

Prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Prices and availability may change at any time.
If we need to make a substitution due to availability, we will contact you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sumbee Pastries will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or products.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
